The album looks back on his past with Gary Richrath, and sees the release of previously unheard material, and also serves as a tribute to the late former member of REO Speedwagon. Michael discusses the ideas behind the new album, how he was first introduced to Gary, his ties to the Midwest, and what is on the horizon for Richrath Project 3:13.
